Our Priorities

To strengthen all aspects of our learning, caring and teaching community and educational provision and outcomes.

To ensure continual improvements in educational, therapeutic and care outcomes.

To focus on outcomes and aim to provide real value for money for our students in many ways:

  • Key stage levels and statutory exam and test results
  • Social development
  • Emotional intelligence and well being
  • Level of participation in curriculum and lessons

To build the Trust as a 'centre of excellence' in ECM focused provision, achieving high ratings as demonstrated in recent OFSTED (Office for Standards in Education) inspections.

To raise our profile and influence by working with/representing national professional associations, giving us the opportunity to input into policy and research work in education, as well as linking with national charities and other national bodies.
